An ongoing home for the conversations that come with loving across cultures and faith.
You love each other.
But sometimes it feels like your relationship is carrying much more than just the two of you.
Family expectations.
Different beliefs.
Cultural traditions.
Questions about children.
Other people's opinions.
Your own overthinking.
It isn't always the relationship that's hard.
Often, it's everything the relationship is trying to hold.
Sisters of Bridging Hearts is a held space for women who are navigating relationships across cultures or faith.
Not to give you quick answers or to tell you what to choose.
But to support you in staying connected to yourself inside it.
To help you separate what is actually happening from what your mind is trying to prepare for.
Maybe your partner hasn't even said no... But you've already imagined the next ten years.
Maybe a comment from a family member stayed with you for days.
Maybe you're carrying questions about children, holidays or faith that haven't even become conversations yet.
Life keeps asking new questions of our relationships.
Sometimes it's a conversation about family.
Sometimes it's navigating different beliefs.
Sometimes it's children, holidays or boundaries.
Sometimes it's simply learning how to stay connected to yourself when things feel uncertain.
Those questions change over time. That's why Sisters isn't a space you complete. It's a space you can return to, through every new season your relationship brings.
Inside Sisters, we're not here to solve your life.
We're here to create a space where you can bring what's real, be deeply supported, and allow your own clarity to emerge in its own time.
Sometimes the hardest part isn't what happened between you and your partner.
It's not knowing where to bring it.
You want to talk about the thing that hurt, confused or activated you, without having to explain the cultural context first. Without someone immediately questioning your relationship. Without feeling like you need to defend the person you love before you can even talk about how you feel.
Inside Sisters, there's room for the whole picture.
You can love him deeply and still bring what is difficult.
You can understand where he's coming from and still honour your own experience.
You can question something without questioning your entire relationship.
You don't have to make him wrong for your feelings to matter.
We're not here to decide who is right.
We're here to help you stay connected to yourself while you navigate what is actually happening between you.
What a Sister has shared:
“Situations like this are not easy to talk about with someone who cannot really understand the full picture and see the good side, or acknowledge my husband, like you do.”
One woman realised that slowing down before responding to her partner was changing the way they navigated conflict.
Another brought a difficult conversation with her partner to our Sisterhood Circle. The following week she came back to tell us she was engaged and thanked the group for helping her move through that season.
We recently explored how cultural differences around spontaneity and structure can quietly create tension inside relationships, and how understanding each other's perspective often changes everything.
Another woman shared the anxiety she felt after her husband returned home from being away for a month. Together we explored what it looked like to make space for those emotions instead of trying to push them away.
These conversations aren't planned.
They're simply what life brings.
And that's what Sisters is here to hold.
🤍 One live Sisterhood Circle where you can bring whatever is alive in your relationship.
🤍 One new masterclass exploring a conversation many interfaith couples face.
🤍 Ongoing connection inside Telegram.
🤍 A growing library you can return to whenever life brings up a new season.
This isn’t something you need to keep up with, it’s something you can return to.
Your relationship doesn't unfold according to a curriculum.
Sometimes you'll be moving through something big. Sometimes things will feel steady. Sometimes another woman's reflection will help you understand something you experienced months ago.
Sisters is designed to live alongside all of it.
Through the monthly Circles, classes, integration spaces and conversations in Telegram, you have somewhere to keep returning to yourself as life continues to unfold.
“I joined thinking it would simply be nice to have people who were in a similar situation, but I realised there was a strong foundation I had been missing. It's helped me stop worrying so much about what everyone else thinks and come back to myself, my relationship with God, and what I know feels right for me.”
“Even when I'm not personally going through something, hearing another woman share or reflect gives me something I can carry into my own relationship later.”
you are in a relationship across cultures or faith and feel the complexity of it
you feel torn between love and family, or between different worlds
you notice anxiety, overthinking, or pressure around the relationship
you want support that doesn’t rush you into decisions
you long for a space where you don’t have to explain everything from the beginning
This is not a space that will tell you what to do.
It’s not about pushing you toward or away from your relationship.
It’s about helping you feel more grounded, hear yourself more clearly and move from a place that is actually yours.
Sisters is held by two women who have both lived the reality of navigating an interfaith relationship.
Alongside our own lived experience, we each bring something different to the space.
Ida brings years of supporting women navigating love across cultures and faith, with a focus on self-trust, relational depth and staying connected to yourself in the middle of uncertainty.
Amelia is a clinical psychologist whose work is rooted in creating spaces where people feel safe to explore what they're experiencing without pressure to rush, fix or perform.
Together, we offer both lived understanding and professional insight, creating a space where you don't have to choose between feeling deeply understood and being thoughtfully supported.
More trust in themselves.
Less urgency to figure everything out.
Greater confidence navigating difficult conversations.
A deeper sense that they don't have to carry this alone.
Relationships that feel more collaborative, even when differences remain.
Many women join Sisters because they're navigating something difficult.
Others join because they want to build a stronger foundation before those moments arrive.
Both are welcome here.
You don't have to earn support by reaching breaking point.
