When love doesn’t feel simple…
and you don’t want to lose yourself in it

A free class for women navigating relationships across cultures and faith who want to feel more grounded, clear, and connected to themselves within it.

You might be in a relationship where something matters deeply, and at the same time, something feels unclear.

You love them. And yet, there are moments where you feel torn.

Between what you’ve been taught, and what you’re actually experiencing.

Between your heart, and your fear.

Between staying open, and protecting yourself.

And maybe what feels hardest is that there isn’t a clear place to bring all of this.

This is not a training or a webinar with steps.

It’s a live space where you get to:

  • understand what’s actually happening inside you in these moments

  • begin separating fear, conditioning, and intuition

  • feel what it’s like to stay with yourself inside the relationship

  • hear reflections that bring clarity without pressure

You don’t need to have answers before you come.

Inside this class, we’ll gently explore:

  • Why relationships across faith/culture can feel so activating

  • The difference between fear and what’s actually true

  • What it means to stay connected to yourself without closing your heart

  • The patterns that make you feel like you’re “losing yourself”

  • A more grounded way to meet the uncertainty you’re in

This space is for you if:

  • you’re in (or considering) a relationship across cultures or faith

  • you feel torn between love and uncertainty

  • you want clarity, but not rushed decision

  • you’re tired of overthinking and want to feel more grounded instead

  • you long for a space where this can be spoken about honestly

This space is held by Ida & Amelia.

Two women who care deeply about creating a grounded, honest space for this kind of relationship journey.

Blending lived experience with a psychological lens, we hold conversations that don’t rush you, but help you come back to yourself.
